Freude im Alltag expands upon our meditation experience by developing kindness toward ourselves and others.

Durch die Vertiefung unserer Meditation, we can begin to touch our inherent confidence and open the heart of basic goodness. As we go forward on the journey, joining gentleness with discipline leads to a sense of joy. This is inspiration for a life of bravery and freedom from doubt.

This 4-week online course will include talks, Diskussion, Betrachtung, experiential exercises, and optional readings. There are no prerequisites for this class. All are welcome!
