Vreugde in het dagelijks leven expands upon our meditation experience by developing kindness toward ourselves and others.

Through deepening our meditation, we can begin to touch our inherent confidence and open the heart of basic goodness. Terwijl we verder gaan op de reis, het combineren van zachtheid met discipline leidt tot een gevoel van vreugde. This is inspiration for a life of bravery and freedom from doubt.

This 4-week online course will include talks, discussie, contemplatie, experiential exercises, and optional readings. There are no prerequisites for this class. All are welcome!
