The Heart of Recovery is een Shambhala-herstelgroep voor mensen uit alle geloofstradities en -programma's, as well as first-time meditators through experienced dharma practitioners.

Come participate in a discussion with several leaders from HOR groups from around North America and explore the Buddhist approach to dealing with addiction and learn the importance of meditation and the Sangha in the path to recovery.

Moderated by Laurence Corman in discussion with Heart of Recovery Leadership.

About Laurence

A Shambhala member for over 15 jaren, Laurence has been on the Montreal Center’s Council for 6 jaren, in charge of Societal Health and Well Being. A meditation instructor and co-host/co-instigator of the Heart of Recovery Program at the Montreal Center, Laurence is also in training to be able to teach in Shambhala. A wife and mother of 2 young adults, Laurence has over 20 years experience working in sales in the Film and Television Distribution and Dubbing industry.
