About Laurence

A Shambhala member for over 15 lata, Laurence has been on the Montreal Center’s Council for 6 lata, in charge of Societal Health and Well Being. A meditation instructor and co-host/co-instigator of the Heart of Recovery Program at the Montreal Center, Laurence is also in training to be able to teach in Shambhala. A wife and mother of 2 young adults, Laurence has over 20 years experience working in sales in the Film and Television Distribution and Dubbing industry.
