Led by authorized teachers, this Tuesday evening group offers instruction in meditation and mindfulness skills, Incluindo 20-30 minutes of guided meditation highlighting various aspects of the meditation experience. Meditation is followed by a discussion of issues that tend to arise in meditation practice (physical difficulties, trabalhando com emoções, wandering attention) and the relationship of meditation to everyday life.
