AGENDA
Nível I – A arte de ser humano
The meditative state reflects the ground nature of our mind: wakeful, abrir, calm. The practice of meditation as taught for over 2,500 years is a potent way to recover our contact with the beauty and magic of ordinary life, directly and without struggle.
This ancient path of courageous self-discovery is based on the simple but revolutionary realization that every human being can develop the stability, clarity and strength of mind which is our birthright. We can learn to tap into our basic goodness and let go of habitual patterns of mind based on fear, and directly experience our world and our life with appreciation and gentleness.
Women and men everywhere, at all times and in all cultures, have the capacity to wake up and live fully, passionately – to enjoy their lives in the deepest sense. We can live our lives with heart no matter what twists and turns they may take. Perhaps we start to wake up by rediscovering the sacredness of our life.
