The Five Wisdom Energies, or Five Buddha families, are an integral part of Tantric Tibetan Buddhism. Trungpa Rinpoche created a practice using five postures and colors to activate our subtle energetic body. The postures invoke the five patterns of energy of our inherent nature: სივრცის, სიცხადე, სიმდიდრე, ვნება, და აქტივობა–with infinite permutations. We have the potential for all the energies, have our unique personal mix,  and display different energies in different areas of our lives.

 We become vividly aware of the energies of both our inner, emotional world and the outer, phenomenal world. By developing maitri, a sense of unconditional loving kindness, and self acceptance we discover energetic balance, personal integration, and our unique style of brilliance, intelligence, and effectiveness. 

During this program, we will practice the Five Wisdom postures and meditation and engage in personal process work, creative expression, მოლაპარაკებები, დისკუსია, და საზოგადოება.

Irini Rockwell, MA, is founder, director, and principal coach/trainer at the Five Wisdoms Institute. The Five Wisdoms have been the vehicle to bring together her training in Buddhism, მედიტაცია, psychotherapy, leadership, mind/body disciplines, მოძრაობა, and the arts. She has taught Buddhism and the Five Wisdoms internationally for over 40 years at Buddhist centers and spiritual and personal growth venues. She is a longtime student of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Her books are The Five Wisdom Energies, a Buddhist Way of Understanding Personalities, Emotions and Relationships andNatural Brilliance.
