Anne Emmanuelle Roche-Bret has been teaching in Shambhala since 2008. She has taught in all aspects of the Way of Shambhala courses: the Everyday Life courses, the Heart of Warriorship levels, and the Sacred Path. She was appointed Shastri (senior teacher) in 2016. Since then, she has organized a monthly day with Shambhala guides, meditation instructors, and teachers. In this way, she has trained five meditation instructors to teach.
