Join us for a two-week group meditation retreat of mindfulness-awareness practice in the serenity of our magnificent natural surroundings. All experience levels are welcome. This program satisfies Shambhala levels 1-3, and/or a half-dathun.

Shape of Awake Deepening Retreat
We’re thrilled that Hope Martin, a Master Teacher of the Alexander Technique, who led her popular Shape of Awake Retreat at the Atlanta Shambhala Center annually from 2010 – 2019, is back.
Gentleness is the Best Whip – A Two to Five-Day Summer Retreat at the Shambhala Centre
This two to five day retreat is an in-depth meditation retreat. It is a powerful introduction to and deepening of mindfulness-awareness meditation -- a technique that transforms how we relate to ourselves and everyday life.
Silent Mindfulness Retreat (MBSR)
Open to all. Intended for mindfulness teachers or aspiring teachers of mindfulness, fulfilling the prerequisites for attending the MBSR professional training and continuous training. Taught in French. Translation upon request.
