Sunday Afternoon Group Meditation (In Person)
Drop in at our new Centre (400 Mcarthur Ave) and meditate with us for a while! Our Sunday practice, now in the afternoon, includes periods of sitting meditation & walking meditation.
Children young and old are quite welcome to attend!
Door open at 2:30pm
Doors close (and lock) at 2:55pm
Please arrive early to ensure your entry. There is some parking available in the rear lot, on site, or you can take bus #14 to McArthur and Moorvale/De L’église.
