The San Francisco Shambhala Center hosts group sitting meditation practice on the second and fourth Wednesday evenings each month from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. 

Come sit and meditate in our shared practice space, have spontaneous discussions, and share a cup of tea at our shared location in the West Portal neighborhood:
