Start Where You Are

Are you ready to begin a meditation practice? Are you looking to restart your practice, or do you have questions about meditation? Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to restart your daily practice, Start Where You Are.
 
Meditation is a powerful practice that informs our daily lives and helps us connect to our bodies, hearts and minds. Learn more about meditation and how to maintain a steady practice in this one day class. Would you like to speak with someone about your practice?  Are you looking for help on how to maintain a practice?
 
The Austin Shambhala Center offers these classes quarterly. The class includes meditation instruction (working with posture, breath, and thoughts), strategies for a regular home practice (Where, When, & How), strategies for maintaining a practice (overcoming obstacles) and a chance to meet with Austin Shambhala Meditation Instructors.
