Community Program or Event
Sunday sitting (In Person)
Please join us in person each Sunday in the practice of sitting meditation. At each sitting, there will be a timekeeper helping guide the group between sitting meditation and walking meditation.
You may come and go as your schedule allows, though you are encouraged to arrive as close to 10:30 as is possible.
