Half Nyinthun – Extended Meditation Session (In Person)
This longer session of sitting practice interspersed with walking meditation is a community practice that gives us the opportunity to experience our mind, make friends with our immediate experience and
rediscover our natural sanity.
Nyinthün (all day sitting meditation)
Meditate with the community from 10 am - 12:30 pm, and from 2 - 4:30 pm. Sitting and walking meditation.
Hel-/halvdags meditasjon (hel/halv nyinthun)
By meditation here we mean something very basic and simple that is not
tied to any one culture. We are talking about a very basic act: sitting on the
ground, assuming a good posture, and developing a sense of our spot, our
place on this earth.
Nyinthün Meditation Retreat (In Person Only)
Enjoy the energy and support of practicing meditation with others in our half-day meditation retreat! The morning will include meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation, discussion, and the opportunity to meet with a Meditation Instructor.
