Refuge Recovery is a practice, a process, a set of tools, a treatment, and a path to healing addiction and the suffering caused by addiction. The group draws inspiration from the core teachings of the Four Noble Truths.
The Refuge Recovery program does not ask anyone to believe anything, only to trust the process and do the hard work of recovery. Meeting activities include meditation.
Refuge Recovery also meets in other locations in this area. For more information on locations, please see this link .
You may email them at [email protected]
Refuge Recovery will dissolve on August 1, 2019. Two new groups are being formed; the Lexington organization will be joining Recovery Dharma to continue their support and mission to help people recover from addictions of all kinds.
