In Social Meditation we meditate as a group, through speech and listening, we invite ourselves and others to come back to the here and now. We don’t need to find answers, but rather support each other in being shamelessly who we are, with bravery and vulnerability. This practice invites us to examine our social habitual patterns. Everything is welcome, also those experiences we would rather not have.
This weekend is open to all, regardless of (social) meditation experience. The main spoken language will be English.
Shastri Nick Kranz is a senior teacher within the Shambhala tradition, he has spent the last decade (amongst others) developing and expanding the practice of social meditation. He is joining this retreat all the way from Boston, USA.
