Treat yourself. Come to a mindfulness retreat.

The simple and profound practice of meditation allows us to get in touch with our innate nature, which is clear, awake, and kind. The ancient practice of mindfulness-awareness is a fundamental relaxation. When one relaxes fully, the ups and downs of life become workable, even enjoyable.

Simply sitting down - and following one’s breath - synchronizes mind and body. The ordinary magic of the moment just appears!

The retreat includes mindfulness-awareness instruction, talks by the teacher, group discussion, guided contemplative practice, and individual meetings with instructors. The environment is relaxed and friendly with time to share meals and conversation.

The weekend opens with a public talk on Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
