Our sitting sessions will be online for the foreseeable future. We meet online using the Zoom meeting platform. This is a surprisingly good way to practice together, and it is regularly used in the Shambhala community. If you would like to join us, please register and we will provide you with a link and instructions.
Starting at 6:00 PM, we introduce the meditation instruction. So if you would like a refresher on the practice, log in a bit before then. And if you know someone who wishes to learn, please tell them about our sessions. Geography is no longer an issue and everyone is welcome.
Our 6:30-7:30 PM regular sessions include a period of sitting meditation, audio or video teachings, and some discussion time to connect with each other. Approximately 60 minutes. No experience required.
