We could say that the entire Shambhala Art teachings are about a process of an ever-widening and deepening of what it means to “See Things as They Are.” At this stage seeing things as they are is about capitalizing on what we have experienced in Part 1, where seeing things as they are meant to slow down and see things clearly. In this section, seeing things as they are means now that we can see clearly we can see the nature of experience. That includes both our felt sense of things and our thought sense of things working together and in a particular order.
