Sunday Community Meditation Online is open for members, friends and anyone interested in mindfulness - no previous meditation experience necessary. Join us via Zoom!
You are welcome to join us for all or part of this morning in person. On the first Sunday of each month, we offer group meditation the first hour, and the Shambhala Sadhana community practice for the second hour.
Sunday Morning Sittings take place from 10:00am until 11:30am. Tea and conversation afterwards.
Join us for a talk and discussion on role of chanting in Shambhala practice and a look at some of the chants that are a part of our regular practice.
The three kayas, the three bodies of Buddha, are further expressions of our own Buddha Nature, our own Basic Goodness. We will begin by introducing all three kayas, then we will focus our contemplation on the Sambhogakaya, the Body of Joy.

The Portland Aging group, Aging in Enlightened Society, is a social group for those who are experiencing aging – whether it be turning 40 or 70.
All are welcome to come for silent sitting meditation.
Support group sessions will include a short talk, meditation practice, and an open forum to discuss personal experiences with old age, sickness, death, grief and bereavement. All are welcome. We respect your privacy. These sessions will not be recorded.
