Elke donderdag mediteren we van 19.30 uur tot 21.00 uur in onze ruimte aan de Kruisstraat 307 in Utrecht (vlakbij de Stadsschouwburg). We wisselen loop- en zitmeditatie dan af. Na afloop is er thee voor wie dat wil. Iedereen is welkom.
Meditation practice allows us to notice how we sometimes create a cocoon of habits to hide from or ignore our fears. Through meditation, we can begin to make friends with those fears and habits and cut through their ability to control us.

An half day introductory course in meditation, open to all.
Enjoy the energy and support of practicing meditation with others in our half-day meditation retreat! The morning will include meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation, discussion, and the opportunity to meet with a Meditation Instructor.
Having experienced a taste of basic goodness in Level 1, we want to go forward. Meditation practice allows us to observe how we create a cocoon of habit.
